Anonymous Comments
I regret to say that there is someone commenting anonymously who seems intent on disrupting this blog. I am 99% certain I know who the person is thanks to assistance from other sources, however I have no absolute proof - as far as I know it could even be one giant and malicious set up. Therefore can I ask anyone who comments anonymously to leave a name, even if it is false. I know you need certain accounts to post comments and sometimes the only option is under anonymous, and we do have a few contributors who say who they are despite using that option. Neither do I want to deter people from commenting who have to remain anonymous because of their job etc. I have no intention to do anything but delete this person's comments, but to make sure I get the right "anonymous" I need others to leave a name. I hope you all understand and rest assured, unlike some other blogs I will not censor or approve comments in advance as I believe they are an integral part of the blog. However troublemakers acting like little boys too cowardly to leave their name won't be tolerated :L
I've left anon comments as I am not to good on computers but for no other reason. I live in Essex and can quite agree with your comments on First as the north Essex fleet is mostly fit for scrap the staff must feel extremely demoralised at the lack of investment by the company .I always enjoy reading your blog keep it up . clive
ReplyDeleteCheers, Clive - and you have just proved my point. I'm not going to disallow anonymous comments as long as there is a name at the end of them.
ReplyDeleteYeah, "teachers pet" is no better for adults than for the children!
ReplyDeleteFirst Essex seem to have put last years investment rations into mid-Essex, and this years into South Essex. Hopefully the turn of North Essex next year, if the patience can last. Perhaps that's the trouble with not complaining enough!
Pure speculation, but from the tender wins (and losses) reported on the Essex website, you might think that First are targeting Go Ahead's fledglings?
ReplyDeleteYes I have seen that, Smurf. Hedingham have taken a bashing there. I just wonder if First have the fleet to cope - there always seems to be shortages at Colchester, Braibtree and Chelmsford anyway. Could be some interesting arrivals over the next few weeks.
