It was a bit blowy along the Acle Straight yesterday. However in the very aptly named Newgale in Pembrokeshire it was a little blowier last night as a bus was left stranded by huge waves and strong winds which left it nearer the beach than it should have been. 14 passengers plus driver needed rescuing but thankfully no one was hurt. 14 passengers on an evening service? That's rare! My word must have been scary though.

I can see the bus but have no idea where the road is it came from. Pic from metro.co.uk |

A watery grave but since it looks like a Dart that's one less on the streets!! Pic from westerntelegrapgh.co.uk |
